Join the NutritionHQ-Quincy team by applying to be an affiliate. Affiliates have the opportunity to graduate to an ambassador by earning points through our unique points system, designed to help expand the mission of NutritionHQ-Quincy.

Refer to the "How to join the NutritionHQ Quincy Program?" question. All successful applicants will begin their journey as affiliates for a term of one year. As an affiliate, you will have the opportunity to progress through the NutritionHQ - Quincy program.

You have the chance to elevate your status to that of a NutritionHQ ambassador by enrolling in our Affiliate program. We've designed a robust points system accessible to all affiliates and ambassadors, rewarding them for their active participation with NutritionHQ. Our program committee will thoroughly assess all affiliates and ambassadors to ascertain their eligibility for maintaining their current status or advancing to the ambassador level. This evaluation will coincide with our biannual open application period.

At NutritionHQ, being recognized as an athlete is a distinguished honor accompanied by various privileges and, naturally, additional responsibilities. Achieving athlete status entails considerable dedication and is not suitable for everyone. We seek specific qualifications in potential candidates, including active participation in competitive organizations and alignment with NutritionHQ's mission. To initiate the application process, kindly complete the affiliate and ambassador application form provided below. When prompted to specify your desired role with NutritionHQ, please select "Athlete." Following submission, your application will undergo review by our executive committee, and you will subsequently receive further guidance on potential next steps, if deemed appropriate.

Our term limits for Affiliates, Ambassadors, and Athletes will be set at one year, commencing from the date of your Code of Conduct signing.
